We aim to make payments simple, secure, and transparent. This page explains what payment methods we accept, how transactions are processed, and the security measures we use to protect your payment information.

Currency: All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your bank converts, any conversion fees are the responsibility of the cardholder.

  • We do not store complete card details on our servers.

  • When you enter payment information at checkout, your details are securely transmitted to the payment processor.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after successful authorization.

  • A separate shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.

  • Fraud monitoring: transactions are screened for suspicious activity, and orders may be held for manual verification

Billing Statements & Receipts

After a successful purchase, you will receive an email receipt with:

  • Items purchased and price

  • Total amount charged

  • Billing and shipping addresses

If you require an invoice, email support@fashion50.store with your order number and we will provide it.

Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within the stated timeframe.

  • If you see an unauthorized or incorrect charge, first contact your card issuer, then notify us at support@fashion50.store. We will cooperate with the payment processor to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • We kindly request customers to reach out to us before filing chargebacks, as unnecessary disputes negatively impact small businesses and often delay resolution.

Taxes & Additional Charges

  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • For international shipments, import duties or customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect our customers, we may perform fraud checks. In some cases, we may request additional information (such as proof of ID or address). Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification is not provided.

  • Billing details for a new order can be updated during checkout.

  • supFor existing orders, please contact us immediately at
